We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asacrin," which can significantly improve production efficiency. In injection molding, we switched materials from black ABS to white HIPS. When replacing with HIPS alone, the resin usage is 3.8 kg, whereas the total usage when using Asacrin U grade drops to 0.8 kg. This represents a reduction of over 75% in resin usage. Additionally, this also results in a reduction in the time required for the switch, as well as a decrease in the cost of the resin used for replacement and the amount of waste generated. [Customer Feedback] ■ Previously, it took about 4 hours for the initial waste, but with Asacrin "FX grade," it was completed in just 1 hour. ■ By using Asacrin "FD grade," we were able to reduce the amount of cleaning agent used to two-thirds compared to when using other materials. ■ After testing Asacrin "UP grade" with 20 kg, the color change was completed in just 1 hour, leading to significant reductions in waste and time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In the field of T-die extrusion molding, cleaning the ear part of the die (the end part) is difficult, and specific problems such as the occurrence of fish eyes and gels, as well as burning and scorching that are likely to occur when using barrier layers or recycled materials in the intermediate layer of sheets, frequently arise. Our product has many achievements even in such challenging molding environments. [Customer Feedback] ■ Since the contamination of foreign carbon substances is a problem, disassembly and cleaning of the screw is essential, but using Asaclean "new U-grade" resulted in a reduction of cleaning time by over 40%. We have decided to continue using it in the future. ■ We mold various grades of PE-based resins almost every day, changing the types and ratios of fillers.
